By accessing and using EazyPlan ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. EazyPlan reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on EazyPlan for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: • Modify or copy the materials • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on EazyPlan • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server • Violate any applicable laws or regulations related to access to or use of the Service

When you create an account on EazyPlan, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. EazyPlan is not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence in protecting your credentials.

You are responsible for event details, invitation content and other material you submit. Use the service only with content you have the right to provide. Where vendor inquiries are offered, they are not bookings or contracts.

This section applies only while the vendor directory is offered. The vendor directory displays profiles and may allow inquiries. Sending an inquiry does not confirm a quote, a booking, a contract or payment. Vendor execution and any terms must be agreed separately with the vendor.

EazyPlan provides tools to create and manage invitations and guest responses. Sending and delivery have separate statuses. A guest page visit is not an email open. You are responsible for lawful invitation content and recipient permissions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EazyPlan, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service except as explicitly permitted by these terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EAZYPLAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. EAZYPLAN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO EAZYPLAN IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS, EAZYPLAN'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.

A single 30-day event creation trial starts at registration. The server records its dates; signing in again does not restart it. Continued event creation requires a separate server-granted entitlement or an explicit beta grant with recorded start and end dates. Existing events remain editable after the trial under normal account and team permissions. Paid checkout and subscriptions may not be available for your account yet; where they are not, this service does not collect a payment method or charge you through these pages.

Event creation follows the access dates and capabilities recorded for your account. When trial or beta creation access ends, you can still access and edit existing events under normal permissions. For questions about access or an account request, use the public contact form. A recorded inquiry does not itself extend access or guarantee a response time.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EazyPlan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party • Your user-generated content • Your interactions with vendors or other users

EazyPlan reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any features at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We may perform maintenance on the Service that may temporarily interrupt availability. We will attempt to provide notice when possible.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. EAZYPLAN MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Warranty that any defects will be corrected • Warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The governing law, the competent courts and any dispute-resolution procedure for these terms are pending legal review and will be stated here before launch. Until then, send any dispute or complaint through the public contact form.
